Put the driver app on an iPhone or Android
Open driver.brightermanagement.com.au on the phone. The earlier driver.brightertrading.com.au address redirects here.
- Office setup: add the person in People & fleet. In Team access → Driver PIN access, choose their sign-in name and six-digit PIN. Share those and the company ID privately.
- iPhone: open the driver address in Safari, tap Share (inside More on some layouts), then Add to Home Screen. Enable Open as Web App if shown, name it “BM Driver” and tap Add.
- Android: open the driver address in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu → Add to Home screen → Create shortcut, then Add. If Chrome offers Install instead, follow that prompt.
- Open BM Driver and enter the company ID, sign-in name and PIN. Start a released run to record deliveries, or expand Service jobs & appointments for assigned site work.
Each person sees only their assigned work. Sign in again when asked; a PIN session lasts up to 12 hours. Keep an internet connection for loading work and confirming saves. A delivery draft on the phone is only complete after the app confirms it was saved.
